A good student will always question the validity of their teacher and what they are being taught.
These are markers which give you feedback on the state of your health and wellbeing at a sub-conscious level.
If you’ve answered “No” here, you may want to consider going on an “information diet”. Take a pause from noise of the world, create some quiet, be quiet yourself and listen. Really listen. Go past that incessant voice in your head and hear what lies behind it.
This is not a meditation. You can go here while being conscious. These are the stepping stones to regaining connection with your intuition. When we self reference through our intuition, it is a lot easier to identify and stay in the flow that is right for you.
